I’m off tomorrow morning for my sister’s wedding in Malaysia, which’ll mean three  things.

1) No outdoor running
2) Limited updates (maybe)
3) Some attempts at interval training

Running in 35 degree heat? No problem! That’s what industrial air-conditioning and treadmills are for!
